Welcome! Cryptic Creations is the digitalization project of a glow in the dark figure/board/card game from 2003 called "Skeletans" (meaning Skeletal Titans). The game had a large array of magic, weapon, armor and skill cards that enhance a snap-together figure. The figure was a pile of bones that could be assembled in various ways. Multiple figures were placed on a hex map then battled with the various cards they held.
The game was expensive to produce in that time period, which hindered its adoption. It has an extensive play manual and even a 75,000-word novel as the background story. The project is now aiming to become a fully digital NFT game. Your purchase helps the development of the game's resurrection into a fully digital interactive TBS game.

This video is a simple example of a figure assembled as a humanoid, with all bones of the same iteration and variation. This would not be easy to do with a rare iteration, making such a figure extremely valuable. Figures do NOT need bones of similar iteration... in fact, it will actually be UNcommon to see figures of only one iteration due to the difficulty of finding all the pieces to do so. Therefore, most figures will be radical custom figures built of countless material types, in various forms having extra arms or legs, tails, wings, and much more. Below you will see a few variations of just this one iteration.
This video shows the numerous variations of just one iteration. There are 10 Basic bone types. minimum 20 bones per figure. Every bone type has multiple iterations of each of the 8 elements making approximately 50 base iterations of each bone, allowing for the creation of hundreds of figure types of one style and millions of custom combinations, and this is not including that there are also extra rare "mutant" bone types.
Per Edition:
All Bones, weapons, armor, and magic fall under 8 element types increasing in rarity (and power) from least to most rare: grey(steel/normal), black (voidium/ disruption), white (chastite/harmony), green (skeletan bone/ life-death), blue(water/healing), red(fire/destruction), crystal(crystal), and purple (time/space).
There are 14 weapon types and 12 armor types to equip your figure fully.
There are 430 total cards of various rarity, each card could additionally have multiple variations.
There are 3 energy core types (these are needed to bring your completed figure to life)
